What rate is the import duty into Taiwan for electronic goods?

I’m an expat recently living in Taiwan and wanted to buy myself an electronic ebook reader from a US-based firm who will deliver it to this part of the world. I can’t find any specific information about how much import duty I might get charged for it (it’s value is about 0) by the customs here, and if anyone does know I’d be grateful.

I dont think they charge any duty for items sent to you here for personal use. I have received large parcels, and many times they were not even opened.
You sure that E-Book reader not made in Taiwan?? Or not avaiilable in Guanghua??
