PLEASE HELP error 1935 sony reader install?

So, i am trying to install the eBook library

it goes through the installation process until the end this pops up:

error 1935….during the installation of assembly component…

then it says it wasnt installed. what do i do?

its impossible to get through to the sony support people.

its a sony reader prs-300 and i have vista
