The ones with two words are the ones that are part of an OCR project, one word is the distorted challenge, the second word is actually a scanned image of a word that the software is having trouble figuring out so it’s asking people to type in what it looks like. It’s a voting process, the reading that most people agree upon is the one the software will assume that word to be.
