PLEASE HELP error 1935 sony reader install?

So, i am trying to install the eBook library it goes through the installation process until the end this pops up: error 1935….during the installation of assembly component… then it says it wasnt installed. what do i do? its impossible to get through to the sony support people. its a sony reader prs-300 and i [...]

Where can I get a new USB cord for my Sony Reader?

I have a PRS-505 and I lost the USB cord. Where can I get another one? Or better yet, are there are any different cords laying around the house that I can use?
